  • Joseph Duke Euphrat

    MANAGING PRINCIPAL

    Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Joe’s passion for sustainability stems from his connection with nature through surfing, hiking, and fly fishing and connection with local communities through volunteering efforts. Currently, Joe works as a Senior Sustainable Investment Advisor for the Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI) In Aotearoa New Zealand. Before starting at MPI, Joe worked for New Zealand Superannuation Fund advising and designing sustainable investing strategies. Joe also worked as a researcher for the Impact Enterprise Fund to understand New Zealand’s sustainable impact measurement and management landscape. Joe began his career working at Bank of America – Merrill Lynch where he led ESG investing efforts within his advisory team.

    Joe holds the CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing, SASB FSA Credential, and GRI Certified Sustainability Professional Certificate. Joe obtained his Masters in Sustainable Business at the University of Otago and undergraduate degree at the University of Oregon.

  • Harry Forman

    MANAGING PRINCIPAL

    Harry is responsible for maintaining all corporate level ESG data attributes and collection processes at the Intercontinental Exchange (ICE). He oversees data collection methodology, as well as alignment to regulation, industry frameworks and disclosure standards. He continues to expand their database subject to, market demand and data availability. Prior to joining ICE Harry worked at Sustainalytics (Morningstar) supporting asset owners and managers integrate ESG data into their investment processes. He has an MBA in Sustainable Finance and Responsible Investments from the Sustainability Management School in Switzerland.

    Before specializing in ESG and sustainable finance Harry received his undergraduate in Environmental Management with a minor in Economics. He also worked as a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch, where he focused on financial planning for individuals with heavy exposure to equity based compensation.

  • William Sale

    PRINCIPAL

    Currently positioned at the confluence of agriculture and apparel, William works alongside farmers to create more holistic, natural fiber production systems through on-farm research and trials. With academic degrees in business and hemp science, and past work experience in the commercial and residential real estate sector, William brings a unique perspective to the dynamic and rapidly developing natural materials and regenerative agriculture spaces.

    William obtained his Master of Professional Studies, Hemp Science Specialization from Cornell University and undergraduate degree at the University of Oregon.
